- Project Documentation: To document the condition of property before, during, and after service, including work-in-progress and completed work
- Invoicing and Estimates: To provide visual references for work performed, materials used, and items requiring attention
- Communication: To share progress updates and completed work with you via our platform, email, or text message
- Records: To maintain accurate records of services provided for future reference, warranty claims, and dispute resolution
- AI Analysis (with consent): To enable AI-powered features such as object detection, property analysis, and automated estimating. Images submitted for AI analysis are processed through third-party AI services (OpenRouter) and are not used to train external models
Images are stored securely in our Supabase cloud storage. We do not sell, share for marketing, or otherwise distribute images of your property or work to third parties without your explicit consent. You may request deletion of images at any time by contacting us.
5. Purpose Limitation and Scope of Use
Your personal information is collected and used exclusively for the purpose of providing handyman project management and related services. This includes project tracking, property documentation, customer communication, invoicing, estimating, and record keeping. We do not:

- Use your images, project data, or personal details for advertising or marketing without your separate explicit consent

- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business, including Twilio (SMS and voice services), Supabase (database and cloud hosting), OpenRouter and OpenAI (AI processing), Google (geocoding and street view), and payment processors. - Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or legal process, including to comply with A2P 10DLC requirements.

Important: We do not share your mobile phone number, email address, images, or project details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence services (including Grok via OpenRouter and OpenAI) to assist with content generation, analysis, object detection, and automated workflows. When you use AI-powered features:
- Data submitted to AI services is processed temporarily for the sole purpose of generating a response or analysis
- We do not use your data to train or improve third-party AI models
- AI-generated content is provided as a tool and should be reviewed for accuracy before use
- You may opt out of AI processing for specific features where applicable
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
