HANDYMAiN Pro is a project management and business operations platform designed for sole proprietors and small businesses. Features include project tracking, invoicing, estimates, AI-assisted analysis, document management, SMS communications, image management, customer management, and related business tools. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool and does not include professional construction, legal, or financial advisory services.

Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its code, design, layout, graphics, logos, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Eric Swenson and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and materials you upload or create using the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service uses artificial intelligence models (including Grok via OpenRouter, OpenAI, and other providers) to assist with content generation, analysis, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
Invoicing Feature: The invoicing features of the Service are provided as a tool to help you create and manage invoices. We are not a payment processor and do not handle financial transactions between you and your customers. Payment collection, processing, and associated fees are your sole responsibility.
Service Fees: If applicable, service fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase or subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We reserve the right to change fees with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eric Swenson or HANDYMAiN Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eric Swenson and HANDYMAiN Pro from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 15 shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to be held in Florida. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
